Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.

Cultural Activities
Our school proudly participates in a variety of cultural activities throughout the year that celebrate and honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage. We also engage in important events such as Reconciliation Week activities, NAIDOC week activities, Sorry Day commemorations, and Aboriginal art programs. Through these meaningful experiences, we foster respect, understanding, and connection to the rich cultures and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Student Voice and Leadership
Our Student Leadership team consists of School Captain, Vice Captain, Sport Captains, School Ambassadors, Prefectures and Student Council Representatives. They contribute to important discussions and decisions that help shape our school environment.
Sports Carnivals and Gala Days
These activities help build resilience, sportsmanship, and school pride. Students have the chance to compete in school, local, state and national events.

Gulyangarri
The Gulyangarri group consists of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students that engage in their culture, identity, values and beliefs consistently during Gulyangarri sessions, each week run by an Aboriginal classroom teacher and supported by our Aboriginal Education Officer (AEO).
