Friday Sport - Stages 2 and 3

FRIDAY SPORT - STAGE 2 AND STAGE 3

Fortunately we have been able to quickly organise an in-school sport program for our Stage 2 and 3 students to start this Friday 7 August, 2020. All activities are taught by trained personnel from within ‘Sport in Schools Australia’.

Our students will complete a variety of sport development activities on a rotational basis for one hour each Friday for the next 8 weeks. It is expected that your child will participate in this program so they can be assessed against the NSW PDHPE Syllabus outcomes. Information gathered will be reported in the Semester 2 Report at the end of Term 4.

The cost is at a very heavily reduced rate of only $2.00 per week. 

If your child has already participated in, and paid for PSSA this year, their PSSA contributions will cover this cost and no further payment is necessary.

For those children who have not participated in or paid for PSSA this year, we ask that you pay the full amount of $16.00 before this Friday, or part of that amount, which will allow your child to be involved in the sport activities, starting this Friday.

Also for this sport program to be successfully implemented we will need to start the program at 9.10am and this means the bell will ring at 9.05am each Friday until the end of term. Stage 3 children will need to be at school ready to participate by 9.10am.
